Andy Szebeni, Director
Andy is a trainer with A&P and spent 10 years in business-to-business
publishing, moving into the conference and newsletter business
in the 1990s.
In 1999 he established the Fire Communications telecoms consultancy
and now focuses on helping sales organisations to get the
best from their staff and resources.
As founder director of A&P he now focusses
on helping small and micro businesses to find new customers
via telemarketing and traing sales and customer service people
in larger organisations.
Andy has presented to groups of business people large and
small on the subject of sales development and is available
for speaking engagements.

Peter Willson, Associate Trainer
Peter began his sales career in 1979 with spells at BT and
STC. He launched a sales training program for Seltek IT in
1988, continued training field sales staff at SDX Systems
through the 1990s and most recently was in charge of training
at Evoxus, a Woolwich-owned phone systems distributor.
Peter's forte is enthusing groups both large and small with
his entertaining, educational and lively
seminar sessions.

John Sayer, Associate Trainer
John has spent 30 years in sales, 18 of those
with Canon and Xerox, two companies that set the agenda in
sales techniques in the second half of the 20th century. Much
of his recent experience has been in sales training and sales
strategy at a national and regional level for the best stationery
and office equipment distributors in the UK.
John is not only a captivating presenter but has an unrivalled
depth of knowledge of classic - and more spontaneous - sales
techniques. Even the most experienced executives do not fail
to take away a golden nugget of information to help their
next pitch.

Dawn Roberts, Associate Trainer
Dawn's experience in both performing and business places her
in an enviable position to understand the communication needs
of businesses and organisations.
She runs courses in voice, presentation and
communication skills to high acclaim. Dawn is passionate about
her work and is fun, enthusiastic and dynamic.
Dawn trained as an operatic singer and vocal
specialist at the Royal Northern College of Music. She has
a post graduate diploma in business studies and worked for
12 years in marketing and public relations.

Karen Bashford,
Head of admin
The administrative head of A&P. She handles the day-to-day
customer liaison and operational issues. Karen is a A former
PA to the chairman of City Research, ex-manager at Langfords
corporate gifts and has 20 years at Barclays under her belt.
Karen is the efficient, professional and friendly voice and
face that most clients first encounter at A&P.
